It hangs from a hand carved and assembled 14k solid gold 3 piece neck collar that comes in one of two colors:

Option 1 is encrusted with ombré pink sapphires and diamonds.

Option 2 has scattered emeralds, light and dark tsavorites, teal sapphires and diamonds.
