Orders may be placed at anytime on www.samtsia.com. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. A signature is required for all deliveries.

Stones are handpicked for color and quality assurance, however, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of gemstones such as opals and emeralds, slight variations in color and pattern may occur. If you have specific color preferences, please email info@samtsia.com so she can accommodate them. 

All Sales Are Final.

Due to the custom and hand-made nature of Sam Tsia pieces, returns and refunds are not permitted. Please make sure you have the right sizing prior to purchasing. If you are not sure about sizing or would like to see more photos or videos before committing to a purchase, feel free to get in touch first by emailing info@SamTsia.com and she'd be more than happy to help.

While Sam Tsia does her best to make sure all pieces are carefully crafted and accurately photographed, accidents do occur. If something is sent incorrectly or if a mistake has been made, please notify info@samtsia.com within the first 7 days of receiving your shipment and she will happily work with you to resolve the issue. Sam Tsia reserves the right to refuse any exchange if it appears the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been mishandled in any way.

*Please note that if you've placed more than one order within the same day, the items will be shipped together in one package, unless otherwise discussed via email. If you paid shipping more than once, the subsequent shippings costs will be refunded to you within the following 1-3 business days.
