Orders may be placed at anytime on www.samtsia.com. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
In effort to eliminate unnecessary waste of materials that comes with mass production, all our pieces are made-to-order. We ask for a 2-4 week production window. You will receive a second confirmation email when the item(s) ships with all tracking information. Items above $500 will be delivered with a signature requirement.
Stones are handpicked for color and quality assurance, however, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of certain stones such as opals and emeralds, slight variations in color and pattern may occur. If you have specific color preferences, please email us so we can accommodate them.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our pieces, returns are not accepted at this time. Since items are made-to-order, please make sure you have the right sizing prior to purchasing. If you are not sure about sizing or have any questions at all, feel free to ask us at email@example.com and we'd be more than happy to answer them. While we do our best to make sure all pieces are carefully crafted, accidents do occur. If something is sent incorrectly or if a mistake has been made, please notify us within the first 7 days of receiving your shipment and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused.
All special order + personalized items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.
